I have been doing pretty well with my weight lose goals. I have lost 15 pounds within the past couple of months and feel like I can continue doing what I am doing to lose more weight to achieve my ultimate goals.
One problem I am having now is that I think my body is craving calories at the end of the day. I eat a small breakfast and lunch so by the time I get to dinner, my body and mind are ready to feast in a major way.
I thought this was just a mental thing I could control, but it also makes sense that the body will send cravings to the mind letting it know that it needs calories. I get thirsty when the body wants water. I get tired when the body needs sleep. Makes sense to me that the body will get very hungry when I have not had much to eat throughout the day.
To combat this, I think I need to eat more healthy calories throughout the day. This should also help my metabolism and general energy levels. It also will allow me to eat a sensible dinner instead of being so hungry that I am ready to eat just about anything and lots of it.
