I often ask myself, "How much should I weigh" but I never knew the answer.
Well, I finally took the time to figure it out.
Generally, the base ideal weight for women at 5 feet tall is 100 pounds. You then add 5 pounds for each inch over 5 feet that you are. For men, the base ideal weight at 5 feet tall is 106 pounds. Add 6 pounds for each inch over 5 feet tall you are.
I, like most Americans, am heavier than I should be.
This places me at higher risk for heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and a whole bunch of other related problems.
I need to weigh less is the answer to my question.
