I Love My Theracane
I love my Theracane. Well, actually it is my husbands Theracane, but he never seems to use it even though he is the one who needs it most. I don't generally have muscle tightness like he does, but I still love the Theracane.
For those who don't know, the Theracane is a curved massage tool with pegs on it for your hands. It allows you to work all areas of your back, shoulders, and neck while holding it in front of you. The end of the Theracane is just the same hard plastic material in the shape of a small ball.
When I ordered it, I couldn't find it in stores. I had to go to a specific website to order it, but I don't remember which one it was.
All I know is that I absolutely love it. It is my best form of stress relief and relaxation.

i also have one and really like it, but it does also have some drawbacks. for one, it is not compact and so is not very easy to take along with you wherever you go. secondly, when you're in need of a massage, you probably want to completely relax all your muscles, but the thera cane requires some effort from your arms. however, the effort is minimal, so you can still get a pretty good back massage out of it. overall, i would recommend getting one if you have frequent muscle tension and either live alone or live with someone who is not willing (or not able) to give good, long back rubs.
